Auctions on 309 started in 2015. Locally owned and family operated. We are licensed in the state of Ohio, and have assisted people throughout the Lima region as well as Columbus, Cincinnati, Bowling Green, Bluffton, Bellefontaine, and Athens.
Our team of auctioneers and realtors can assist you with the processes of buying, selling and appraising agricultural, commercial and residential personal property and real estate. Whether you are a business liquidating, farmer retiring, family experiencing loss, or experiencing any other real estate or personal property need, we can help. We are a “one call does it all” operation.
We currently host 30-40 auctions annually including agricultural, commercial, residential, and benefits. We also have a great network of auctioneers and realtors across the country, so we can assist you with your needs regardless of location.
Meet the Team
Michael Miller – Auctioneer & Owner
Michael is a licensed auctioneer, licensed realtor with CCR, and fifth generation family farmer. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business with a specialization in Marketing. Previously a college educator, insurance adjuster, and factory line worker, Michael has started and now owns multiple businesses that tie together in the realm of property – personal and real estate.
Kerrie Miller – Accountant & Owner
Kerrie has been an accountant for 15 years, and works full time in the field as well as with Auctions on 309 covering every job except auctioneering.
We do as much or as little as you want. We assist our clients by consigning a few items for auction to listing real estate and selling all personal property.
Whether your auction is a benefit, online or live, at our place or yours, Auctions on 309 offers an array of services.
Our staff is trained to organize and catalog your items if online is the best route for you and your auction.
Our place or yours – we can handle everything from set up to tear down at the end of the auction.
If you’re looking to simply move out some items, we have staff members who can help.
Our auctioneer has background in personal and real property to help you gauge what you have.

We visit you…
Our auctioneers assess how we can help you via telephone conference or a visit to your location. At that point we determine whether your auction should be online or live at your location or ours.
Our team sorts/inventories/catalogs your items to create the best possible offering for prospective buyers.
We promote your auction across multiple platforms and media. This is included in your advertising budget.
Day of the Auction…
We manage every detail including set-up, bid calling, clerking, checkout and pick up of the auction items.
